SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 735/10-1

Amends the Energy Community Reinvestment Act. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning energy.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Energy Community Reinvestment Act is amended by changing Section 10-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 735/10-1)

(Section scheduled to be repealed on September 15, 2045)

Sec. 10-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Energy Community Reinvestment Act. References in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
