1     AN ACT concerning education.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Section
5 34-85d as follows:

6     (105 ILCS 5/34-85d new)
7     Sec. 34-85d. Teacher evaluation; copies. Notwithstanding
8 any other provision of law to the contrary, the school district
9 shall provide all copies of teacher evaluations to the
10 exclusive bargaining representative of the school district's
11 teachers within 7 days after issuing the evaluations.
