| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Theresa W. Fraley, who passed away on | 4 | | August 19, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Theresa Fraley was born in Batchtown to Mark and | 6 | | Ida (Hillen) Tepen on December 24, 1931;
she married Leland A. | 7 | | Fraley at St. Joseph's Church in Mepen on October 27, 1956; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Theresa Fraley was a homemaker, worked as an EMT, | 9 | | and cooked and washed dishes at the Wagon Wheel Restaurant; she | 10 | | was later employed at the Illinois Department of Human | 11 | | Services, Jacksonville Developmental Center; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Theresa Fraley was a member of St. John's Church | 13 | | in Carrollton, the Catholic Daughters of America, the Greene | 14 | | County Farm Bureau, and the Greene County Farm Bureau Women's | 15 | | Committee; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Theresa Fraley was preceded in death by her | 17 | | parents; her husband, Leland; her brother, Norbert; her | 18 | | sisters, Rosalie Friedel, Mary Elizabeth Tepen, and Barbara | 19 | | Tepen; and an infant sister, Mary Rose Tepen; and
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Theresa Fraley is survived by her children, |

| 1 | | Bernard Fraley, David (Gail) Fraley, Patrick Fraley, Catherine | 2 | | (Dan) Brock, Dennis (Susan) Fraley, and James Fraley; 17 | 3 | | grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, | 4 | | Mary Ann Tepen; therefore, be it
| 5 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 6 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 7 | | Theresa W. Fraley, and extend our sincere condolences to her | 8 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 9 | | further
| 10 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 11 | | presented to the family of Theresa Fraley as an expression of | 12 | | our deepest sympathy.
