| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Joseph Anthony Di Iulio of Moline, who | 4 | | passed away on December 11, 2021; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Di Iulio was born to Antonio and Tommasina | 6 | | (Compana) Di Iulio in Moline on December 19, 1932; he | 7 | | graduated from East Moline High School in 1950 and attended | 8 | | Moline Community College; he served as a communication chief | 9 | | in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955; he married Dolores Ann | 10 | | "Dee" Hulse at St. Anne Catholic Church on February 26, 1983; | 11 | | and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Di Iulio worked as an electronic | 13 | | technician with Bendix Aviation, Davenport from 1956 to 1970; | 14 | | he was one of the founders of Agricultural Electronics, | 15 | | Bettendorf and was with the company from 1970 until 1977; he | 16 | | worked as a stock broker with Stifel Nicolaus, Moline from | 17 | | 1977 to 1990 and then with Robert B. Ausdal, Davenport from | 18 | | 1990 until his retirement in April of 2004; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Di Iulio was preceded in death by his | 20 | | parents and his siblings, Della (Albert) Dumolien, Edith | 21 | | Senatra, Louis Di Iulio, and Anne (Bob) Steele; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Joseph Di Iulio is survived by his wife, Dee; his | 2 | | brother-in-law, Phil Senatra; his sister-in-law, Marlene Di | 3 | | Iulio; his many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and | 4 | | great-nephews, and great-great-nieces and | 5 | | great-great-nephews; therefore, be it
| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Joseph Anthony Di Iulio and extend our sincere condolences to | 9 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 10 | | further
| 11 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 12 | | presented to the family of Joseph Di Iulio as an expression of | 13 | | our deepest sympathy.
