| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Darell R. Nicke of Milan, who passed | 4 | | away on July 30, 2021; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Darell Nicke was born to Donald and Mary (Dawson) | 6 | | Nicke in Oakland, California on June 11, 1945; he served in the | 7 | | U.S. Navy; he married Mona Bustos in March of 1970, and they | 8 | | later divorced; he married Glenda Bechtel in 1974, and they | 9 | | later divorced; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Darell Nicke operated his own business, Music | 11 | | Masters, and retired from Case New Holland in 2004; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Darell Nicke was preceded in death by his | 13 | | parents; his brothers, Kenneth and Michael Nicke; and his | 14 | | step-granddaughter, Sarah Martin; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Darell Nicke is survived by his sons, Sean | 16 | | (Effie) Nicke, Nathan Nicke, and Brian (Shawna) Nicke; his | 17 | | brother, John Nicke; his granddaughter; and his five | 18 | | grandsons; therefore, be it
| 19 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | 20 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
