| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 |
| learn of the death of
Matthew E. Fracaro Jr., who passed away | 4 |
| on November 6, 2007; and
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. served his country with | 6 |
| distinction in the United States
Navy from 1986 to 1988; and
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. served as a Eucharistic | 8 |
| Minister at Provena St.
Joseph Medical Center; and | 9 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was a member of the | 10 |
| 'Fishers of Men' and the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St.
| 11 |
| Patrick's Church; he was also a former Little League coach at | 12 |
| Troy; and
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was an avid fan of the | 14 |
| Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame; and
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. was preceded in death by | 16 |
| his paternal grandparents, Nicholas Fracaro and Lois (nee | 17 |
| Baldwin) Fracaro; and his maternal grandfather, Joseph | 18 |
| Lapikas; and
| 19 |
| WHEREAS, Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. is survived by his |

| children, Jeremy and Molly; his parents, Matthew Fracaro Sr. | 2 |
| and Lynn (Joseph) Briski; his brothers and sisters, Graig | 3 |
| Fracaro, Jenna Fracaro, Joe (Karen) Briski, Paul (Melissa) | 4 |
| Briski, and Jennifer (Brandon) Johnson; his maternal | 5 |
| grandmother, Jane (Jack) McNeil; his grandparents, Joseph and | 6 |
| Florence Briski; and his numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, | 7 |
| nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL | 9 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | 10 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Matthew E. Fracaro Jr.; | 11 |
| and be it further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 13 |
| presented to the family of Matthew E. Fracaro Jr. as an | 14 |
| expression of our sympathy.
