21 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital
22 Development Fund to the Capital Development Board for the
23 Illinois Emergency Management Agency for costs associated
24 with a new State Emergency Operations Center.
25 Section 7. "AN ACT making appropriations", Public Act
26 93-91, approved July 3, 2003, is amended by adding new
27 Sections 28 and 29 to Article 8 as follows:

1 Sec. 28. The sum of $86,309,695 is appropriated from the
2 Transportation Bond Series A Fund to the Department of

4 Road Fund to reimburse the Road Fund for grants and loans
5 made for the statewide acquisition, construction,
6 reconstruction, extension and improvement of transportation
7 facilities, including state highways, arterial highways,
8 freeways, roads, bridges, structures separating highways and
9 railroads and roads, and bridges on roads maintained by
10 counties, municipalities, townships or road districts.

12 Sec. 29. The sum of $13,306,906 is appropriated from the
13 Transportation Bond Series A Fund to the Department of
14 Transportation for the purpose of making a deposit into the

17 statewide acquisition, construction, reconstruction,
18 extension and improvement of transportation facilities,
19 including state highways, arterial highways, freeways, roads,
20 bridges, structures separating highways and railroads and
21 roads, and bridges on roads maintained by counties,
22 municipalities, townships or road districts.

24 Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect
25 immediately.
