| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Margaret Frankel May of Waukegan, who | 4 | | passed away on October 21, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Margaret May was born on July 22, 1927 in Chicago; | 6 | | her parents were Hugo and Catherine Frankel; she married | 7 | | Charles M. May on September 8, 1951; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Margaret May was an employee of the Chicago Title | 9 | | and Trust Company; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Margaret May was a member of St. Anastasia Church; | 11 | | she was a volunteer at St. Anastasia Church and School and | 12 | | Carmel High School; she was also president of the Waukegan | 13 | | Junior Women's League and a member of Glen Flora Country Club; | 14 | | and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Margaret May was preceded in death by her husband, | 16 | | Charles; her parents; her sister, Loretta Marren; her brother, | 17 | | Hugo; an infant sister; her brother-in-law, John Duff; and her | 18 | | son-in-law, Wesley Ley; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Margaret May is survived by her children, David | 20 | | (Anne), Richard, Maureen (Paul Pennington), Kenneth (Vivian), |
