| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of William L. Brown of Gillespie, who passed | 4 | | away on March 28, 2016; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, William Brown was born on January 26, 1936 in | 6 | | Mount Clare; his parents were William Brown and Emma Jane | 7 | | Brown; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, William Brown retired as a laborer for Laclede | 9 | | Steel Mill after many years of service; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, William Brown was a member of the Progressive Club | 11 | | in Wilsonville; he enjoyed wrestling, bingo, and sports; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, William Brown was preceded in death by his | 13 | | parents; and
| 14 | | WHEREAS, William Brown is survived by his brothers, Norman | 15 | | Brown, Donald (Kathy) Brown, and Robert (Debra) Brown; his | 16 | | sisters, Patty Frensko, Mary Ann (Walt) Goode, Margaret (Mike) | 17 | | Paddock, and Nancy (Kent) Bearden; his uncle, Robert (Mary Lou) | 18 | | Brown; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
