| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Frank Joseph "Fritz" Juncer of Waukegan, | 4 | | who passed away on October 31, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was born on January 25, 1925 in North | 6 | | Chicago; his parents were John and Martha Juncer; he married | 7 | | Dorothy Wilson on June 28, 1947; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer attended Holy Family Church in North | 9 | | Chicago and later St. Anastasia when he moved to Waukegan; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer retired from the Great Lakes Public | 11 | | Work Center, where he worked as an equipment operator, after 37 | 12 | | years of service; following his retirement, he worked as the | 13 | | school crossing guard for South School in North Chicago, where | 14 | | he was fondly called "Mr. Fritz"; and | 15 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer enjoyed gardening and yardwork; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer was preceded in death by his parents; | 17 | | his brothers, Albert, Adolph, and Casimer; and his sisters, | 18 | | Adeline Michna and Mary Shields; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Frank Juncer is survived by his wife, Dorothy; his |

| 1 | | son, Kenneth (Nancy); his siblings, John (Florence) Juncer and | 2 | | Rita Montella; his sister-in-law, Millie Juncer; and his many | 3 | | nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
| 4 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 5 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | 6 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank Joseph Juncer; | 7 | | and be it further
| 8 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 9 | | presented to the family of Frank Juncer as an expression of our | 10 | | sympathy.
