| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of John J. Kuberski of Crystal Lake, who | 4 | | passed away on February 26, 2015; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, John Kuberski was born in Savanna on August 2, | 6 | | 1950 to Julius and Emma (nee Novak) Kuberski; he was a Vietnam | 7 | | Veteran, serving in Cam Ranh Bay; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, John Kuberski began his career as an auto body | 9 | | repairman and painter at Dean's Auto Body Shop in Algonquin at | 10 | | the age of 15; he continued his career at several auto body | 11 | | shops throughout his lifetime before retiring; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, John Kuberski's love for painting led to the | 13 | | creation of numerous artistic pieces; his passions included his | 14 | | family and friends, restoring his 1950 Chevy Coupe Deluxe, | 15 | | traveling, camping, driving his golf cart, riding his 1977 BMW | 16 | | motorcycle, snowmobiling, gardening, canning, and his joy of | 17 | | being an NHRA race fan; and
| 18 | | WHEREAS, John Kuberski was preceded in death by his son, | 19 | | Jonathan Michael; his sister, Jeanne; his sister-in-law, | 20 | | Marilyn; his parents; and his in-laws; and

| 1 | | WHEREAS, John Kuberski is survived by his wife, Diane | 2 | | Kuberski (Lilly); his daughters, Jennifer (Kevin) Gray and Amy | 3 | | (Paul) Davis; his 2 grandchildren, Sophia and Jackson; his | 4 | | brothers, Julius (Connie), Mark (Helen), and Ken (Delores); his | 5 | | brother in-law, Edward (Joanna) Lilly; his sisters, Maryann | 6 | | (Terry) and Maricella; his sister-in-law, Patricia (Carl) | 7 | | Sandrik; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and | 8 | | great-nephews; his loving race family; and numerous lifelong | 9 | | friends; therefore, be it
| 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | 11 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 12 | | John J. Kuberski, and extend our sincere condolences to his | 13 | | family, his friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | 14 | | further
