| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | 3 | | learn of the death of Lois (Barrett) Hart of Georgetown, who | 4 | | passed away on January 24, 2019; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Lois Hart was born in Paris, Illinois to Charles | 6 | | and Clella (Wade) Barrett on March 28, 1946; she graduated from | 7 | | Sacred Heart Academy and later from Eastern Illinois | 8 | | University; she married Tim Hart on August 19, 1994; and
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Lois Hart loved teaching and helping children | 10 | | succeed in school; she was an inspiration to teachers around | 11 | | her because she put others first; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Lois Hart was a member of St. Mary's Catholic | 13 | | Church in Westville; she enjoyed supporting the La Salette boys | 14 | | in Olivet and attending family ball games and her | 15 | | grandchildren's events; and
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Lois Hart was preceded in death by her parents; | 17 | | her son, Brian Kelly; her sister, Ruth Dickerson; and her | 18 | | brother, Frank Barrett; and
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Lois Hart is survived by her husband, Tim; her | 20 | | children, Patrick (Angie) Kelly, Jason Hart, Alicia (Matthew) |

| 6 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | 7 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 8 | | Lois (Barrett) Hart and extend our sincere condolences to her | 9 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | 10 | | further
