| 1 | | SENATE RESOLUTION | 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Julie Lynn (Whitler) Anderson of | 4 | | Harrisburg, who passed away on May 19, 2024; and | 5 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson was born in Eldorado on December | 6 | | 20, 1957; she was raised in a large and lively family; and | 7 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson worked as a caring and dedicated | 8 | | pharmacy technician at Walmart Pharmacy for over 35 years; and | 9 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson loved traveling, reading, dancing, | 10 | | singing, playing cards, and spending time by the ocean, | 11 | | especially while listening to the Beach Boys; and | 12 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson's lifelong passion was her family, | 13 | | and she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, | 14 | | whether on weekends or summer nights when the girls were out of | 15 | | school or attending their ball games where she was known to | 16 | | cheer loudly and proudly; and | 17 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson was known for possessing a | 18 | | rambunctious and adventurous spirit and a selfless soul, | 19 | | offering guidance and unconditional love that touched many | 20 | | lives; she leaves a legacy of love, kindness, and wisdom; and |

| 1 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson was preceded in death by her | 2 | | husband, Lynn Anderson; her mother, Patricia (Elder) Clark; | 3 | | and her grandmother, Delsey (Ward) Whitler; and | 4 | | WHEREAS, Julie Anderson is survived by her father, Keith | 5 | | (Brenda) Whitler; her brothers, Andy Whitler, Josh Whitler, | 6 | | and Brent Clark; her sisters, Leslie Hanson and Lori Burdeaux; | 7 | | her sons, Jeremy (Shawna) Johns and Jordan Anderson; her | 8 | | granddaughters, Annaclaire (Caleb), Jerra, and Mia; and her | 9 | | granddog, Remmy; therefore, be it | 10 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | 11 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 12 | | Julie Lynn (Whitler) Anderson and extend our sincere | 13 | | condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved | 14 | | her; and be it further | 15 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 16 | | presented to the family of Julie Anderson as an expression of | 17 | | our deepest sympathy. |
