| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | 3 | | to learn of the death of Harry Feiger, who passed away on | 4 | | February 17, 2023; and
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was born on January 8, 1930; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger served as an officer in the U.S. | 7 | | Navy; and
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the son of the late Isidor and | 9 | | Frieda (Fruchter) Feiger; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the husband of the late Arlene | 11 | | (Siskel) Feiger for over 59 years; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the father of Gail Feiger | 13 | | (Andrew) Brown, Jonathan (Nancy Laben) Feiger, and Robert | 14 | | (Alyson Miller) Feiger; and
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the grandfather of Joey Brown, | 16 | | Eliza (Danya) Lagos-Brown, Madeline Brown, Leah (Rodrigo | 17 | | Deiana) Feiger, Jayce Feiger, Sarah Feiger, and Lily Feiger; | 18 | | and

| 3 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the brother of Sig (the late | 4 | | Miriam) Feiger, Rose Grossinger, and the late Alfred (Carole) | 5 | | Feiger; and
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the brother-in-law of William | 7 | | (Judy) Siskel, the late Eugene (Marlene Iglitzen) Siskel, | 8 | | Avrum (the late Joyce) Gray, Dolores Cowen, the late Elaine | 9 | | (the late Herbert) Loseff, and the late Sheldon Gray; and
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the companion of Adrianne | 11 | | Mautner; and
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Harry Feiger was the uncle, cousin, and best | 13 | | friend of many; therefore, be it
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | 16 | | Harry Feiger and extend our sincere condolences to his family, | 17 | | friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further
| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | 19 | | presented to the family of Harry Feiger as an expression of our | 20 | | deepest sympathy.
