AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3499 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3499 on page 26, 
3immediately below line 21, by inserting the following:
4    "(d) Nothing in this Act prevents an insurer from 
5exercising any right to void a policy based on a material 
6misrepresentation, as provided under Section 154 of the
