1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3448
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3448 on page 6, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 15 with the following:
4 "(8) The SERC shall provide and maintain a Tier II
5 reporting system that has the capability to allow the
6 reporting facility filing a Tier II inventory form to verify
7 the accuracy of the facility's chemical storage address,
8 including the latitude and longitude associated with that
9 address, using a mapping-based software.".
