1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3429
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3429 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 17 through 19 with the following:
4 "unit of local government or another sanitary district within
5 which the territory is located if (i) there are no outstanding
6 bond payments or debts to be repaid or (ii) the acquiring
7 sanitary district process of wastewater treatment exceeds the
8 acquiree wastewater treatment process as defined by the United
9 States Environmental Protection Agency's Primer for Municipal
10 Wastewater Treatment Systems or a successor document.".
