1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3323
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3323 on page 1,
3 immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:

4     "Section 3. Applicability. This Act does not apply to a
5 charger owned by a resident of any of the following if the
6 charger is not used for a commercial purpose:
7     (1) a single-family home;
8     (2) a condominium association;
9     (3) a common interest community association;
10     (4) a master association; or
11     (5) a residential housing cooperative.".
