1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3323
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3323 on page 1,
3 immediately below line 5, by inserting the following:

4 "Section 3. Applicability. This Act does not apply to a
5 charger owned by a resident of a private home or a resident of
6 a condo if the charger is not used for a commercial purpose.".
