1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2214
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2214 on page 25,
3 by replacing lines 3 through 8 with the following:

4     "Section 900. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
5 changing Section 4.38 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 80/4.38)
7     Sec. 4.38. Acts repealed on January 1, 2028. The following
8 Acts are repealed on January 1, 2028:
9     The Acupuncture Practice Act.
10     The Behavior Analyst Licensing Act.
11     The Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant Practice Act.
12     The Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act.
13     The Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act.
14     The Elevator Safety and Regulation Act.
15     The Fire Equipment Distributor and Employee Regulation Act
16 of 2011.
