2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1857 on page 3,
3 lines 10 and 11, by replacing "Speaker of the House of
4 Representatives" with "President of the Senate"; and

5 on page 3, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "President of the
6 Senate" with "Speaker of the House of Representatives".
