1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1745
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1745 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 10 with the following:
4 "A drainage district or road district or the designee of a
5 drainage district or road district shall be exempt from the
6 requirement to obtain a permit to control nuisance muskrats or
7 beavers if all"; and

8 on page 4, by replacing lines 13 through 19 with the following:
9 "including marking or identification. The designee of a
10 drainage district or road district"; and

11 on page 4, by replacing line 21 with the following:
12 "drainage district or road district in possession at all"; and

13 on page 4, by replacing line 25 with the following:
14 "district or road district. For the purposes of this Section,
15 "road district" includes a township road district.".
