1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1289
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1289 on page 1,
3 line 17, after the period, by inserting "Fees incurred
4 directly by a dental care provider from third parties related
5 to transmitting an automated clearing house network claim,
6 transaction management, data management, or portal services
7 and other fees charged by third parties that are not in the
8 control of the dental plan carrier shall not be prohibited by
9 this Section.".
