1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1250
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1250 on page 2,
3 immediately below line 18, by inserting the following:
4 "(f) This Section does not apply to fire-resistant
5 material applicators at facilities licensed by the federal
6 Nuclear Regulatory Commission under 10 CFR 50 or 10 CFR 52 or
7 to employees of those facilities while engaged in the
8 performance of their official duties.".
