AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 950

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 950, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 1 on page 2, by replacing lines 14 through 21 with the following:

"Section 10. The conveyances of real property authorized by Section 5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public utilities, existing public roads, and any and all reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of record; (2) the express condition that if said real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it shall revert to the State of Illinois; and (3) the City of Chester bearing all costs associated with the conveyances under Section 5 and generally associated with the transfer under this Act.".
