1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 188
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 188 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 22 with:
4 "A parent who consents to the performance upon his or her
5 child of a health care service under this Section shall be
6 entitled, upon request, to inspect and copy the child's
7 records or any part thereof related to a health care service
8 for which the parent is treated as the child's personal
9 representative under HIPAA, 45 CFR 164.502(g).".
