AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5564

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5564 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Homelessness Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 12.5 as follows:

(310 ILCS 70/12.5)

Sec. 12.5. Administrative costs and case management expenses. On an annual basis, a grantee's administrative costs and case management expenses shall not exceed 20% 15% of the grant amount it receives under the Act.
