AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5428

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5428, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 26, lines 12 and 13, by replacing "to a person for profit" with "to others on a for-profit basis"; and

on page 38, line 5, by replacing "an annual meeting" with "any annual meeting"; and

on page 52, by replacing line 10 with "Fiduciary Act, and subsection (b) of Section 17 of the Foreign Banking Office Act. The"; and

on page 53, by replacing line 10 with "Fund, the Foreign Banking Office Act, excluding the expenses paid from the Foreign Banking Office Non-insured Institutions Receivership account in the Bank and Trust Company Fund, the Electronic"; and

on page 55, by replacing line 20 with "Secretary as defined in this Section or (ii) except earnings received from investments of funds in the Corporate Fiduciary Receivership account and the Foreign Banking Office Non-insured Institutions Receivership account, as a"; and
