2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5354 on page 2,
3 line 5, by replacing "100" with "75"; and

4 on page 6, by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
5 "identified and referred to the Department to participate in
6 the Demonstration ~~Pilot~~"; and

7 on page 7, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:
8 "Sec. 30. Data collection and reporting. The Department
9 shall collect data".
