5 on page 1, lines 5 and 6, by replacing "Secretary of the
6 Department of Transportation" with "Director of the Department
7 of Natural Resources"; and

8 on page 8, lines 15 and 16, by replacing "Secretary of the
9 Department of Transportation" with "Director of the Department
10 of Natural Resources".
