2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5304, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 3, lines 10 and 11, by replacing "Illinois Tollway
5 Authority, shall install, set up, and operate" with "Illinois
6 State Toll Highway Authority, shall set up and operate"; and

7 on page 3, line 15, by replacing "installing" with "setting
8 up"; and

9 on page 4, line 3, by replacing "shall" with "or the Illinois
10 State Police may".
