1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5290
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5290 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances
5 Registry Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 525/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6701)
7     Sec. 1. This Article shall be known and ~~and~~ may be cited as
8 the "Illinois Health and Hazardous Substances Registry Act".
