1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5288
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5288 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 4 through 7 with the following:

4     "Section 5. The State Finance Act is amended by changing
5 Section 6z-115 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 105/6z-115)
7     Sec. 6z-115. The 100 Club of Illinois Fund; creation. The
8 100 Club of Illinois Fund is created as a special fund in the
9 State treasury. Subject to appropriation, moneys in the Fund
10 shall be used to make grants to the 100 Club of Illinois for
11 the purpose of giving financial support to children and
12 spouses of first responders killed in the line of duty and
13 mental health resources for ~~, a not-for-profit charitable~~
14 ~~organization that provides resources to the families of first~~
15 ~~responders killed in the line of duty and~~ active duty first
16 responders.
