AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5266

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5266 by replacing line 18 on page 1 through line 2 on page 2 with the following:

"(c) Any policeman who has been denied a disability benefit without an offer of reinstatement or a limited-duty position after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly is entitled to disability benefits.".
