AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5218

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5218 on page 4, line 16, immediately after the period, by inserting "The Department shall not place any restrictions on which candidates may take the exam in Spanish instead of English, including, but not limited to, any requirement to be employed by a facility prior to testing or any requirement for a specified number of facility residents to speak a specific language.".
