1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5151
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5151 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "(410 ILCS 235/3 rep.)
5     (410 ILCS 235/4 rep.)
6     (410 ILCS 235/5 rep.)
7     Section 5. The Pertussis Vaccine Act is amended by
8 repealing Sections 3, 4, and 5.".
