2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5014, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, line 5, after the period, by inserting "This
5 requirement and attestation shall apply only to the specific
6 purchase by the public institution of higher education or
7 State agency, and nothing in this amendatory Act of the 103rd
8 General Assembly shall apply to any other transaction.".
