1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4916
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4916, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 4, by adding immediately after line 22 the
5 following:
6 "(h) In the event of a conflict between this amendatory
7 Act of the 103rd General Assembly and the Workers'
8 Compensation Act, the provisions of the Workers' Compensation
9 Act shall control.".
