1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4907
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4907 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Reye's Syndrome Reporting Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 245/1)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 5701)
7     Sec. 1. Title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as
8 the ~~the~~ "Reye's Syndrome Reporting Act".
