1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4772
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4772 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:
4     "(c) A construction agency, as defined in Section 1-15.25,
5 ~~Construction agencies~~ procuring construction ~~and~~
6 ~~construction-related professional~~ services shall make"; and

7 on page 2, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:
8     "(e) In procuring construction ~~and construction-related~~
9 ~~professional~~ services for projects with a total value"; and

10 on page 2, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
11 "of contract opportunity is first advertised, construction ~~or~~
12 ~~construction-related professional~~ services, and is operating".
