1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4404
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4404 by replacing
3 lines 14 through 18 on page 7 with the following:
4     "(a) This Act applies to a cohabitants' agreement made on
5 or after the effective date of this Act.
6     (b) This Act applies to an equitable claim under this Act
7 that accrues on or after the effective date of this Act.".
