1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4346
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4346 on page 20, by
3 replacing lines 6 and 7 with "employees."; and

4 on page 26, line 18, after "rate", by inserting "of at least
5 $1.77 per unit"; and

6 on page 26, line 22, after "Department.", by inserting "The
7 Department shall review the enhanced rate as part of its
8 process to rebase in-home service provider reimbursement rates
9 pursuant to federal waiver requirements.".
