1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4258
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4258 on page 1,
3 line 5, by replacing "and 15.3" with "15.3, and 40"; and

4 on page 7, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following:

5     "(75 ILCS 12/40 new)
6     Sec. 40. Severability. If any Section, paragraph, clause,
7 or provision of this Act is held invalid, the invalidity of
8 that Section, paragraph, clause, or provision shall not affect
9 any other provision of this Act.".
