2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4073 as follows:
3 on page 3, line 19, by replacing "State Board of Education"
4 with "Board of Higher Education"; and

5 on page 4, lines 25 and 26, by replacing "State Board" each
6 time it appears with "Board of Higher Education"; and

7 on page 5, lines 8 and 10, by replacing "Board" each time it
8 appears with "Board of Higher Education".
