1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3707
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3707, AS AMENDED,
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
6 Section 18d-185 as follows:

7     (625 ILCS 5/18d-185 new)
8     Sec. 18d-185. Consumer complaints against safety
9 relocators. The Commission shall post a notice of the
10 administrative citations issued to a safety relocator and the
11 disposition of the complaint on its website.".
