1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3707
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3707 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
5 Section 18d-185 as follows:

6     (625 ILCS 5/18d-185 new)
7     Sec. 18d-185. Safety relocator complaints against towing
8 companies. The Commission shall publish the number of safety
9 relocator towing complaints filed against any towing company
10 on its website. The Commission shall update its website
11 periodically to include information pertaining to the
12 disposition of the complaint.".
