AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3613

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3613 on page 12, by replacing lines 14 and 15 with the following:

"A school district that provides special educational facilities for children with disabilities under Section 14-4.01 of this Code may maintain a supply of undesignated oxygen"; and

on page 12, line 18, by deleting "person"; and

on page 12, lines 25 and 26, by replacing "the school district, public school, charter school, or nonpublic school" with "the school district that provides special educational facilities for children with disabilities under Section 14-4.01 of this Code".
