1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3566
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3566 on page 5,
3 line 6, by replacing "; and" with "; ~~and~~"; and

4 on page 5, line 11, by replacing "children." with "children;
5 and ~~.~~"; and

6 on page 5, immediately after line 11, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "(18) A qualified child care director, as described in
9     89 Ill. Adm. Code 407.130, must be present at the open or
10     close of the facility. A qualified early childhood
11     teacher, as described in 89 Ill. Adm. Code 407.140, who
12     has been employed by the facility continuously for at
13     least 24 months may otherwise be present for the first or
14     last hour of the workday.".
