AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3424 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3424 on page 9, by 
3replacing lines 19 through 22 with "Code. Before a local 
4governmental unit provides assistance under this Section, the 
5board of the local governmental unit shall adopt a policy 
6providing which services are eligible under Section 85-13 of
