1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3345
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3345 on page 18, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 5 with the following:
4 "Department at no charge. Immediately after the initial
5 admission of a person to a correctional institution or
6 facility of the Department under Section 3-8-2, the Department
7 shall provide identifying information in the mittimus to the
8 Secretary of State. The Secretary of State".
